Precisa Solutions keeps this simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and we treat anything you share with us the way we'd want our own business details treated. This policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used here (like "Written Scope") have the meaning given to them there.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, email, company, and anything you write in the contact form or emails, used only to respond and work together.
- Payment and billing details — for paid engagements, handled directly by our payment processor (see "Third-party processors" below) — we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data — this site stores small amounts of data in your own browser (such as anonymous page-performance measurements). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting of personal information — ever.
- No third-party advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
- No sharing of client business information without written permission.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website and deliver engagements, and your information may pass through them for that purpose: Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email, e.g. contact-form notifications). Each acts as an independent data processor under its own privacy policy and security practices; we don't control, and aren't liable for, how they handle data beyond our instructions to them, as set out in the "Third-party services and integrations" section of our Terms of Service.
Client project confidentiality
Anything we learn about your business during an engagement — processes, numbers, tools, problems — is treated as confidential by default, on the same terms set out in the Confidentiality section of our Terms of Service. Client work is only referenced publicly with explicit approval.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@precisasolutions.ca and we'll handle it promptly.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, on the same terms set out in our Terms of Service.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will be noted clearly.
